Radish salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 radishes
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves or as powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vinegar essence
  • sesame oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Korean, vegetarian, raw

It’s best to use a spiralizer (I have a Korean grater) to process the carrot. Add salt and sugar and knead a little. Also process the radish. Add the cilantro and crushed garlic. You can also use paprika or chili powder if desired. Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips and add it to the other vegetables along with the vinegar essence. Heat the sesame oil and pour it over the salad. Stir everything together. Tip: I also like to add toasted sesame seeds.
