Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 140 g low-fat curd cheese
- 80 g natural yogurt
- 80 g sour cream
- 80 g whipped cream, whipped with vanilla sugar
- 60 g sugar
- 80 g Sharon, peeled, pulp pureed
- 1 pinch of locust bean gum
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with yogurt and sour cream
Combine low-fat quark, yogurt, sugar, and Sharon puree. Fold in the whipped cream and carob bean gum and freeze in an ice cream maker. Shape into balls and serve.
