Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 60 ml water
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 kg of fruit, as desired (apricots, plums, …)
- possibly almond(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, oil, water, and salt until very fluffy. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top with fruit. If desired, you can also sprinkle flaked almonds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
