Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 375 ml oil
  • 400 g cane sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 500 g zucchini, grated
  • 200 g nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • jam
  • Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super juicy

Mix all ingredients one at a time. Spread onto a greased and floured baking sheet and bake at medium heat for about 40 minutes. Once cooled, spread with jam and glaze with chocolate, if desired.
