Blueberry juice, cold preparation

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg blueberries
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 2 ½ kg sugar (granulated sugar)
  • 50 g citric acid, 1 pack of soaking aid

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except for the soaking aid, in a large container and stir slightly to dissolve the sugar. Then cover and let stand for 24 hours, stirring again. Stir again after the next 24 hours. On the third day, strain the liquid (be sure not to squeeze the blueberries!! Just let them drain). Heat the collected liquid and add the soaking aid according to the package instructions. Just bottle. It will keep for about 18 months if stored in a cool (not refrigerator) and dark place.
