yeast plait

Combine yeast, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and egg yolks in the bread maker’s container. Warm the milk slightly, dissolve the butter in it, and pour it into the container. Set the bread maker to the “Normal, Dough” function. The dough takes 2 hours and 20 minutes for my bread maker. Divide the dough into 3 pieces and shape them into long “strings,” then braid them. Let the plait rise, brush with egg yolk, and bake at about 170°C until golden brown.
