Healthy raw vegetable salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 tsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the raw vegetables and apple. Then roughly chop them in a food processor, then mix with the other ingredients. Let it rest for a moment and serve.
