Cheesecake muffins with nut chocolate

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate (nut chocolate), dark
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 10 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for 15 pieces

Preheat the oven to 200°C. For the batter, finely chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl along with the flour, baking powder, and sugar. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and oil until frothy, gradually adding the milk. Add everything to the flour mixture and knead into a rough batter. For the filling, whisk 2 more eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy, then add the quark and cornstarch. Grease the muffin tin and place the cups in the oven. Now pour in the batter so that the cups are about 2/3 full. Pour the quark mixture into the center and then place them in the oven. If necessary, cover the muffins with aluminum foil after 15 minutes before they get too brown. Remove from the oven after about 20 minutes and enjoy warm, of course!
