Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g margarine
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle of vanilla extract
- 150 g flour
- 35 g pudding powder, vanilla
- 75 g cornstarch
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 80 g chocolate (almond-vanilla), finely chopped
- 50 g almond(s) (slivers)
- 3 tbsp milk

Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar until frothy. Add the margarine and vanilla essence and beat until fluffy. Stir the flour, cornstarch, pudding powder, almond flakes, and chopped chocolate into the batter along with the milk until smooth. Pour everything into a greased and floured ring pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
