Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter (half-fat possible)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 lemon(s), the peel
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 75 g crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp milk
- possibly Nutella or jam as filling
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cream the butter with sugar and lemon zest until fluffy. Sift in the flour and baking soda and stir in along with the crème fraîche and milk. Form the dough into 8 balls or small flatbreads. Place a teaspoon of Nutella or jam in the center and then cover with the dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. If desired, top with icing.
