Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate (dark chocolate 70%)
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g flour, sifted
  • Fat for the molds
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slowly melt the chocolate in a small saucepan, reduce the heat, and dissolve the butter in it. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy, then fold in the chocolate butter. Then fold in the sifted flour and fill greased muffin tins (e.g., for muffins). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Turn the muffins out of the tins and dust with cocoa powder.
