Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 5 lemons, the grated peel and the juice
- ½ bunch mint
- ½ bunch basil
- 1 chili pepper(s) (more if needed)
- e.g. Parmesan
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, slice the herbs, reserving a few leaves for garnish. Chop the chili pepper. Heat oil in a saucepan, if desired. First, add the herbs and spices, then the spaghetti (cooked al dente), and mix everything together. Serve on a deep plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese and herb leaves. Tip: Add halved cherry tomatoes, if desired.
