Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, just the soft tips
  • 50 g Parmesan or Pecorino
  • 400g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and easy, perfect for rosemary freaks…

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Meanwhile, heat the butter and sauté the diced garlic cloves in it. Be careful not to let them brown, as they will taste bitter. Sauté the finely chopped rosemary leaves as well. Season with salt. Mix with the now cooked and drained spaghetti and stir in the finely grated cheese. Done. This is a very simple dish, but one that tastes excellent. The combination of Parmesan or Pecorino with rosemary and garlic is what makes it special. A must for rosemary fans who want to cook something quick.
