With vanilla cream and sour cherries

Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. For the pastry, mix together the powdered sugar, eggs, and butter. Gradually add the milk. Mix together the flour and baking powder and stir in. Halve the pastry and color half of it with the cocoa powder. Spread the pastry onto baking sheets and smooth it down. Bake for 15 minutes. For the cream: Mix the butter, condensed milk, and vanilla paste until smooth and put into a piping bag. Let the cake cool, cut into equal-sized strips, and pipe half of each with the cream. Place the remaining pastry strips on top and decorate with the cherries. Melt the chocolate and spread it in fine strips over the slices. You can do this using a thin piping nozzle or a spoon, for example.
