Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g margarine, soft
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, instant (Kaba)
- 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 100 g ground almonds
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 200 g chocolate coating
- 30 g hazelnut brittle

Prepare a batter using the listed ingredients (without the chocolate coating and brittle) and pour it into a greased and floured 30cm loaf pan. Bake at 160°C fan-assisted oven or 180°C top/bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven, so it’s best to test with a skewer. Once cooled, spread with chocolate coating and sprinkle with the hazelnut brittle.
