Arugula salad with mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g arugula
  • 1 ball of mozzarella or 1 pack of mini mozzarella
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Summer salad

Wash the arugula thoroughly. Cut the mozzarella into cubes or buy it in balls. Halve the grapes. Place everything in a bowl and add the sunflower seeds. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, and pepper to taste.
