Radish Patties with Dip
The perfect radish patties with dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Radish
- Salt
- 6 Spring onions
- 3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Food starch
- 4 tablespoon Joughurt
- 1 Egg
- Pepper
- 4 Stems Peppermint leaves
- Oil
- Wash the radishes, clean them and mix with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and let them steep for 10 minutes.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into rolls, squeeze out the radishes with the spring onions, breadcrumbs, starch, mix 4 tablespoons of yoghurt and egg, season with salt and pepper and form small patties.
- Pluck the mint leaves and chop them, add the rest of the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
