Rice Patties with Dip

The perfect rice patties with dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Patties:

  • 175 g Basmati rice
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper
  • 50 g Grated Gouda
  • 4 Finely grated carrots
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Teaspoon + 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg

Dip:

  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 Solo garlic
  • 9 Diced radishes
  • 0,5 bunch Chives cut into rolls
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Rice patties:

  1. Cook the basmati rice according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry the onion cubes in it, leave to cool.
  3. Mix the cooled rice, cooled onion cubes, grated carrots and the grated Gouda well in a bowl with breadcrumbs and egg. Season well, with salt and pepper.
  4. Moisten your hands and form 8 patties from the rice mixture.
  5. Heat the oil in a large pan and stir-fry the patties for about 6 minutes until golden.

Dip:

  1. is easy to prepare …. Mix the quark and milk well, add the garlic, radishes and herbs, season with salt and pepper and add the sugar to taste.
