Radish Patties with Dip

The perfect radish patties with dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Radish
  • Salt
  • 6 Spring onions
  • 3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Food starch
  • 4 tablespoon Joughurt
  • 1 Egg
  • Pepper
  • 4 Stems Peppermint leaves
  • Oil
  1. Wash the radishes, clean them and mix with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and let them steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Clean the spring onions and cut into rolls, squeeze out the radishes with the spring onions, breadcrumbs, starch, mix 4 tablespoons of yoghurt and egg, season with salt and pepper and form small patties.
  3. Pluck the mint leaves and chop them, add the rest of the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the patties for about 2 minutes on each side, serve with the yogurt and mint. ********************************ENJOY YOUR MEAL**************** ******************
