Radish Cream Fresh Dip
The perfect radish cream fresh dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Contents for the dip / cream
- Fresh radishes
- Quark double cream
- Red onion
- Lemon fresh
- Yogurt 10% fat (I prefer the one in the picture)
- Herbs (I use chives, mint, basil)
- Honey spicy
- Honey mustard
- Pepper from the grinder
- Ground gray sea salt

- Garlic sticks
- Separate the radishes from the greens, remove the skin from the onion and cut into small cubes. Salt with ground gray sea salt. Then halve the lemon first, use it to rub off the peel and then squeeze out the juice. Now add to the sliced radishes and onions.
- Put all other ingredients (chop and / or chop the herbs of your choice) into a sufficiently large bowl and mix well together.
- Let it steep and add the radish and onion mixture shortly before consumption. As a very special highlight, I finally take a few larger pieces of the garlic sticks and add them.
- This dip / cream is ideal for breakfast or dinner as a spread. I personally like it very much with meat dishes that are eaten with bread.
