Avocado Lime Cream with Raspberries

- 400 g Sour cream
- 1 Hass avocado
- 2 Limes, juice and zest
- Powdered sugar
- Fresh raspberries
- Put the sour cream in a bowl and add the avocado meat and drizzle with the lime juice and then puree with the magic wand. Now season with powdered sugar – I have deliberately not given a quantity, because everyone can do it according to their taste. Personally, I like it a little less sweet and I really like it when the acidity is in the foreground. Then fold in the lime zest and chill the cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
