Avocado Lime Cream with Raspberries

The perfect avocado lime cream with raspberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 1 Hass avocado
  • 2 Limes, juice and zest
  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh raspberries
  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl and add the avocado meat and drizzle with the lime juice and then puree with the magic wand. Now season with powdered sugar – I have deliberately not given a quantity, because everyone can do it according to their taste. Personally, I like it a little less sweet and I really like it when the acidity is in the foreground. Then fold in the lime zest and chill the cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Then arrange on plates with fresh raspberries.
