Toast with Smoked Salmon and Avocado Cream

The perfect toast with smoked salmon and avocado cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 0,5 Cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Lime, the juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 0,5 a cup Cream, sour
  • 4 disc Toasted bread
  1. Process the avocado meat, parsley, garlic, lime juice and olive oil in the food processor or with the agabel to a homogeneous cream, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the avocado cream generously on each slice of toasted bread, place a slice of smoked salmon on top and “splash” some sour cream on the salmon.
