Toast with Smoked Salmon and Avocado Cream

- 1 Ripe avocado
- 0,5 Cup Chopped parsley
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Lime, the juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 0,5 a cup Cream, sour
- 4 disc Toasted bread
- Process the avocado meat, parsley, garlic, lime juice and olive oil in the food processor or with the agabel to a homogeneous cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the avocado cream generously on each slice of toasted bread, place a slice of smoked salmon on top and “splash” some sour cream on the salmon.
