Banana ice cream with liqueur and chocolate sprinkles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 ml liqueur, e.g. B. Amaretto, Liqueur 43, Cointreau etc.
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 pack of cream powder (ice cream magic for milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Combine the ice cream powder with the whipped cream and milk and beat with a mixer for about 4 minutes. Blend the bananas with a blender/stick blender until smooth and stir into the mixture. Add the liqueur to taste (amount/type) and finally fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Transfer to a freezer container and chill for at least 5 hours. I wouldn’t add any more sugar, as the powder and bananas make it quite sweet. Makes about 900 ml of ice cream.
