Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • 2 apples
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 500 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until no lumps remain. Pour the mixture into molds and place them in the freezer for 2 hours.
