- 1 slice(s) Gouda
- 2 slices of toast

Heat a pan with a little oil. Slice the half onion and fry for 3 minutes, then place it on a piece of kitchen paper to drain the fat. Now add the Leberkäse and egg to the pan and fry, then toast the toast on medium heat. When the toast is done, top it with the slice of Gouda and the sliced onion, then place the Leberkäse on top. Fry the egg to your desired firmness. I recommend frying it until the yolk is still slightly runny. Now season the egg with salt and pepper and place it on the Leberkäse. Finally, place the second slice of toast on top, cut it diagonally once, and serve.
