Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 schnitzels, cut into strips
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 can of mushrooms
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Paprika powder, hot
- Cayenne pepper
- Broth, granulated
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g cheese (cream cheese)
- 200 ml water
- Salt
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the meat with the onions in olive oil, then season with paprika and cayenne pepper and add the drained mushrooms. Deglaze with water and season with granulated stock. Reduce slightly, stir in the cream and cream cheese, and season with salt. Serve with pasta or croquettes.
