fast, juicy, tasty, spicy, not just a hit for every party

Place the minced meat in a bowl. Grate the potatoes, carrots, and celery root (from the soup vegetables), as well as the piece of ginger. Finely chop the leek, half the parsley, and the onion. Crush the garlic and mix everything, including the egg, and the spices (best done by hand). Cut the puff pastry to size (e.g., 8 x 5 cm), fill with the minced meat mixture, and seal with a fork. Brush the filled pieces with water and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180°C. This minced meat mixture can also be formed into small balls and fried, served with delicious tomato sauce and pasta, rice, or potatoes.
