Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta, short
- salt water
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 bunch of parsley
- some butter
- salt and pepper

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, dice the ham and fry in plenty of butter until the ham browns. Finely chop the parsley. Add the cooked pasta and finely chopped parsley to the ham and season with salt, pepper, and a knob of butter. Serve with a green salad. This is how we always had ham pasta. No cream, egg, or cheese. The parsley adds a special touch!
