Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Dice the onions and fry them. Cut the ham into small pieces and add it to the onions. Sauté briefly, add the cream and cheese, and simmer briefly. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and add the pasta to the cream sauce.
