Pasta bake kebab

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, uncooked
  • 300 g kebab, frozen
  • 1 can mushrooms, approx. 260 g each
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 300 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • n. B. grated Gouda, for gratinating

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Drain the mushrooms, reserving the liquid. Combine the uncooked pasta, meat, and mushrooms in a casserole dish. It doesn’t matter if the meat has already thawed or not. Bring the mushroom water, cream, processed cheese, and passata to a boil in a saucepan, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram, and pour into the casserole dish. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for half an hour.
