Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle or spirelli
- 250 g liver sausage, coarse
- 1 onion(s)
- a few stalks of parsley
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water as usual, drain, and set aside. Add the coarsely peeled liverwurst to the medium-hot pan and wait until it becomes mushy. Then add the peeled and diced onion and fry both. Be careful not to overcook the liverwurst mixture (it can easily happen). Add the pasta and fry it a little longer, depending on how brown you want it. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finally, stir in the finely chopped parsley. Serve immediately. Serve with a nice green salad.
