Healthy Beef Broth

- 4 Bovine marrow bones
- 1 piece Beef
- 1 piece Soup greens
- 2 size Onions
- 2 size Salt and pepper
- 2 size Curry, paprika, turmeric
- 2 size Rosemary, thyme
- Herbs of Provence
- 3 Bay leaf
- 3 Noodles or rice
- 1 whole peeled Clove of garlic

- Boil the bones in a saucepan with cold salt water and then simmer. 1 hour.
