Minced meat – carrot – dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled chili powder, crushed (possibly less)
  • 100 ml water
  • 250 ml juice (carrot juice)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour, Instant
  • some parsley, garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely dice the carrot and onion. Finely chop the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and briefly sauté the carrot, onion, and garlic. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and chili. Pour in the water and carrot juice, stir in the peanut butter, and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Dust with flour, stir in, and simmer for another minute. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
