Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of mashed potatoes
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 1 cup of cream
- n. B. water
- e.g. milk
- Parsley, chopped
- some vegetable broth (instant powder)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions. Add the vegetable broth (either homemade or instant) to the mashed potatoes. Add enough water and milk to reach the desired consistency of potato soup. Add a little cream. Season with a little vegetable broth (instant powder) if desired. Serve on plates and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with waffles or sausage.
