Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 200 g bacon
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 100 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp cranberries (wild cranberries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, fry the bacon. Once it’s nicely seared, add the tuna and fry briefly. Then add a little tomato paste. Then add the cranberries and cream and bring to a boil until everything is nice and creamy. Finally, season with pepper, salt, and thyme, and serve. Even though it combines fish with meat, you should give this recipe a try; it’s simply delicious.
