Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 large cans of fruit, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the sugar and eggs until frothy. Gradually stir in the flour, milk, oil, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Then top with fruit and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
