Fried bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • n. B. Honey
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

from the pan

Place the bananas halved lengthwise in a greased or nonstick pan. Pour honey over the bananas, using a tablespoon to drizzle the melted honey over them. Turn occasionally. Fry until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream or chocolate mousse.
