Penne with zucchini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g penne
  • salt water
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 400 g zucchini
  • some thyme, fresh or dried
  • 20 g herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the penne in salted water until al dente. Wash the zucchini and slice it into strips using a vegetable peeler. Strip the fresh thyme leaves from the stems. Heat the herb butter in a pan, add the zucchini and thyme, and stir until crisp. Season with salt and pepper, then fold in the pasta.
