Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300g penne
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 40 g tomatoes, dried
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp pesto, red
  • 50 g green olives, pitted
  • some basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Slice the zucchini, dice the tomatoes, and strip the sun-dried tomatoes. Drain the pasta. Heat the oil and fry the zucchini slices. Add the pasta and sun-dried tomatoes and fry. Add the pesto, olives, and tomato pieces and fry for about 3 minutes. Finely chop the basil and stir in. Season with salt and pepper.
