Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g flour (normal flour for white bread or darker flour or mixed)
- 1 cube of yeast
- 100 ml olive oil, good
- 1 pinch(s) sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- n. B. Water, lukewarm
- possibly sunflower seeds or other seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Put the flour in a bowl and add the dry ingredients like salt and sugar. Add the oil and yeast. Add the water carefully, preferably in small portions while stirring, as the dough shouldn’t be too mushy, but also not too dry. Then cover and let rise in a warm place for about half an hour. Knead thoroughly, then pour into a loaf pan (lined with baking paper) and let rise for another 20 minutes. Then bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes. If desired, you can also knead in sunflower seeds, etc.
