Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 stale roll
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 8 rolls, ready to bake
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • e.g. ketchup (spiced ketchup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Soak the stale bread roll in water. Then knead the minced meat, the squeezed-out bread roll, egg, mustard, and seasonings into a nice paste (just take 5 minutes, this will make a really nice paste). Then cut the rolls open. Put a dollop of spiced ketchup on each half and spread it out with a knife. Spread some cream cheese over the center and spread the minced meat over it, ensuring the cream cheese is no longer visible. Bake the whole thing at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes. You can also make the rolls without cheese or spiced ketchup. Both taste good.
