Celery noodles with oriental spices

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • a few stalks of celery
  • 100 g pasta, small
  • some olive oil
  • Paprika powder
  • Cumin
  • coriander
  • salt and pepper
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the celery into small pieces, along with the greens. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the celery and greens, and roast for a few minutes. Add the spices and a little water, if desired, and mix well. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan with the celery, and mix thoroughly again. Season to taste and serve.
