Pork baked with tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) pork of your choice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 bags of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the pork. Wash the tomatoes and slice them along with the mozzarella. Place the pork in a hot pan with a little oil. Season with pepper, salt, and oregano and cook until cooked through. Then place the meat in an ovenproof casserole dish. Arrange the tomato slices on top, followed by the mozzarella slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C until the mozzarella has melted slightly and darkened. Serve immediately.
