Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g turkey schnitzel or chicken schnitzel
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- 100 g cornflakes (fitness flakes)

Cut the meat into strips about 1 cm wide (like fingers). Mix the soy sauce, honey, and mustard into a marinade and marinate the chicken pieces in it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Meanwhile, break up the flakes. This works best in a towel or freezer bag (just roll them over mercilessly with a paper towel). Then coat the marinated chicken pieces in the flakes and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness. They also taste great cold!
