Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breasts, fillet without skin
  • ½ bunch marjoram, fresh (alternatively 2 tsp dried)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 250 g sour cream
  • oil
  • Flour,
  • 2 eggs, possibly 3
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

For the marinade, finely chop the marjoram and parsley leaves, mix with cream, mustard, a little salt, and pepper. Cut the meat into small nuggets, place them in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Remove the meat from the marinade, coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve garnished with lemon juice. Serve with a large bowl of salad, fries, parsley-flavored potatoes, and rice.
