Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a crumble from the dough ingredients. Grease a 24 cm springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour 3/4 of the batter into the pan and spread evenly, forming a rim of approximately 3 cm. Make a vanilla pudding from milk, pudding powder, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Let it cool slightly, then spread it on the batter. Peel and core the apples, and slice them into wedges. Spread it evenly on the pudding layer, then sprinkle the remaining batter on top as a crumble. Bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 55-60 minutes. Then let it cool in the springform pan. Melt the butter, add the walnuts, caramelize them with 2 tablespoons of sugar, and finally add the honey. Spread the lightly toasted, caramelized nuts on top of the finished tart. This apple pie is easy to make, has a moist filling, and tastes even better the next day!
