Whipped cream Bundt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

without butter, margarine or oil

Beat the eggs until frothy. Slowly add the sugar (I use caster sugar) and mix for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, thoroughly combine the flour and baking powder. Add the whipped cream to the egg and sugar mixture and mix briefly again. Fold in the flour. Pour into a Bundt cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 165 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes. You can also add chocolate shavings to the mixture and/or cover the cake with a chocolate glaze. A simple and delicious Bundt cake recipe!
