Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 100 g herb butter
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 slices of cheese (e.g. Maasdam)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and return it to the pot. Add the herb butter and let it melt. Trim the bell pepper and slice it into thin strips. Divide the pasta among 4 plates, top with strips of bell pepper and half a slice of cheese each. Place each plate in the microwave for about 2 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
