Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 100 g margarine, vegan
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 25 g wheat flour
  • 1 bottle of bitter almond flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the cornstarch, margarine, powdered sugar, wheat flour, and bitter almond extract in a bowl and mix with the dough hook of a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms. Drop the dough by teaspoons onto a baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie. Bake the cookies on the middle rack for about 15 minutes, then let them cool.
