Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g almonds
  • 300 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 200 g banana(s), dried
  • 200 g apples, dried
  • 6 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp clove(s)
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 lime(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Air-dried or oven-dried at no more than 40°

Combine the almonds, chopped hazelnuts, apples, and bananas in a bowl and mix. Then add the spices and mix well again. Juice one lime and add it. Gradually add a little water, just enough to make the mixture pliable. Shape the gingerbread in the air and press them onto the baking sheets. Slowly dry the gingerbread overnight at 40°C.
